Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing is one of the most effective techniques for reducing and eliminating the debilitating effects of many problems that persist with our emotional health. I am fully trained to provide EMDR as an option to overcome obstacles.

Finding the right fit is important. I offer a 15 minute free consultation as a meet and greet to ensure that I am the right person for you.
Talk Therapy
I use an eclectic approach to therapy from a client-centered perspective, drawing from solution-focused, cognitive and dialectical behavioural techniques, acceptance commitment techniques, and attachment theory. There is no blame, no guilt, no shame, only understanding and resolution. It is your journey to make peace with what you are experiencing, and talk therapy is a natural step.
Couples Therapy
Like anything that is expected to work for long periods of time, relationships require maintenance. Sometimes that maintenance is too much to handle on your own. I help couples to communicate better and to resolve differences in a safe and judgement-free space.
Group Therapy
Based on demand or by request, I offer small groups of 8 to 10 people to work on topics such as grief, anxiety, depression, substance use, trauma, parenting, and youth support by age (6-8, 9-11, 12-14, 15-18), including friendship, anger management, and living with ADHD.
